‘Tis the Season for”..

The glory of God revealed on earth.

“Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night. And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid.

Then the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. And this will be the sign to you: You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger.”

And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying:

“Glory to God in the highest, And on earth peace, goodwill toward men!” Luke.2.8-14

“For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth,And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you. Arise, shine;For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising.”
Isa.60.1-3

As believers and followers of Jesus, we take His presence with us wherever we go because God lives in us by His Spirit. We are now Glory Carriers. We are called to be the salt and light. Let us be encouraged today that a measure of the glory of God dwells within each one of us by the power of the Holy Spirit. Thank you God. Your grace, mercy and love that has been poured out on us so richly is truly marvellous. We rejoice in you today. All glory to your name. Let us declare your marvellous works.
