God our comforter..

“Sing, O heavens! Be joyful, O earth! And break out in singing, O mountains! For the Lord has comforted His people, And will have mercy on His afflicted.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭49‬:‭13‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

We give praise and thanks to God, our comforter. Our strength in times of need and Jesus, the sure foundation of our faith and trust.

When all seems against us, when our distresses and sorrows are heavy to bear, afflicted on all sides, we have a God who comforts us and shows us Mercy.

We can rejoice today in the comfort of our Saviour Jesus Christ.

“Though the fig tree may not blossom, Nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail, And the fields yield no food; Though the flock may be cut off from the fold, And there be no herd in the stalls— Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
