Prayer for the week ahead..The Spirit

“And do not take Your Holy Spirit from me.” Psalm 51:11
Father God, thank you for sending the Holy Spirit to be with us. As David cried out to you, so we cry out today, Do not take your Holy Spirit from us. Let your Holy Spirit lead us, teach us, empower and embolden us and use us to be witnesses of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to your honour and glory. Forgive us when we grieve the Spirit of God by our words and deeds. Come Holy Spirit breathe on us again today, fill us with your presence as we lean into you. Amen 🙏
