I’ve been so busy at work lately that I hadn’t been to our local park so I hadn’t noticed the daffodils were out until I drove past the other night.
Not wanting to miss them, I headed up there this morning with the dog. Daffodils truly make me feel that spring is here with their bright yellow and orange heads bobbing away in the breeze.
This year there seemed to be even more daffodils and they brightened my morning.

On my way back I noticed one daffodil plant on its own. It looked a bit forlorn by itself. It didn’t have the protection of other plants around it so its flowers were drooping.

It made me think that on its own although still beautiful it didn’t have the impact of all the daffodils together and it was vulnerable on its own and fragile.
A bit like us…brothers and sisters in and through Jesus Christ our Lord. We are stronger together.
