Feeling bone tired? Restoration

The word “Restoration” has kept coming to my mind recently. As I have been considering this theme of restoration, I read again this post from some years ago.

Are you feeling bone tired and weary today?

I was encouraged by this word about restoration as the Holy Spirit moves in and amongst the people of God as they gather together.

I wrote the following which the Lord spoke to my heart – The wind of My Spirit.

The wind comes – gentle at first as it moves amongst my people as they gather together.

The first ripples of the presence of My Spirit as it moves amongst believers.

They will feel the wind of the Spirit as it moves amongst them.

It will blow the dust, the cobwebs, the rubbish away.

The wind will revitalise, refresh and restore my people as they awaken to my Holy Spirit as it moves amongst them.

This is the season of gentleness, a season of restoration, a season to blow away the lingering effects of tiredness, lethargy and sickness that has been in your midst.

This is my revitalising breath that brings life into the dry bones.

Feel the wind of my Holy Spirit; allow it to blow upon the embers and revitalise, restore and rekindle the flame.

This is the season of restoration for those who are weary, tired and exhausted. Who feel it in their very bones.

New energy, new exuberance as you feel energised and empowered in Me.

May your Holy Spirit move on us Lord.
