The Back Up Plan…

I have learnt over the last few weeks, through many unexpected and severe challenges at work the importance of being able to come up with a back up plan when your IT systems completely fail.

When Plan A has gone awry, Plan B is behind, Plan C is nowhere to be “seen”, plan D is done, Plan E -throw everything at it and Plan F has failed then there is the most important plan of all..Plan G is God.

Why is it that we often leave God to be our back up plan rather than our Go-to Plan.

Commit to the Lord whatever you do,and he will establish your plans.” Proverbs 16.3

Have a blessed day my dear friends.

Very true Nicola! We need to stick more with plan G not plan B. God bless and I hope you and family have a great Christmas!

Nicola, your thoughts remind me of the quote “1 is none, 2 is one, and 3 is just right.” In other words, we need a plan, a back up plan, and a back up to the back up plan.
Thankfully, with the Lord’s “Plan G” additional safeguards aren’t needed. He simply says the word and miracles happen.
I’m usually up before dawn, and the sun hasn’t failed to rise yet. 😊 Great is God’s faithfulness!
    Blessings to you and yours.

Now that is the big question I am trying to ask myself less, by making Father my first thought every day.
