Time is for our benefit…Today is the day.

Today is the 1st of a new month..summer is passing and we head into another season. You can already feel the chill of Autumn air in the mornings. As I was considering the start of the new month, these thoughts on Time from a few years ago stood out. Have a blessed “Today” my friends.

Today is the day.

There is always a Today. What we choose to do with our Today is the key. Let us live in the present and not in the past or an imagined future.

So what is it that God requires of you and I today? That is the question.

What will we do with our today?

We will answer that question by our actions.

Will we wisely redeem the precious gift of time God has given us.

What does the Lord Jesus require of us today but to act justly, to love mercy, to show love and to walk humbly with our God.

Let us redeem each today before it is too late, for one day we will all give an account to God for all the precious days alloted to us. Let us encourage each other to spend them wisely.
