“What time train are we getting today Mum” asked youngest.

“There’s one at 11.57” says I. “That will get us all into town in time for the birthday lunch”

“11.57” “11.57” “11.57”… she repeats getting louder each time. 11.57!!!!! “No, No, says she “ I thought we were going much later …..at about noon”
