A Financial Storm

We are living in a time when people are worried and anxious about rising inflation, energy costs and the economy, not just in the U.K, but in other nations. The Lord has brought to my remembrance this morning a post from November 2020 and so I am re-posting today for weighing, testing and prayer. Our God is faithful and He is a good, good God in all times and at all times. He never leaves us or forsakes us.

At the beginning of November I had a picture whilst praying to the Lord.

I was seated with the Lord in a quiet place when suddenly a great wind blew up which started howling all around us and the walls and the ground started shaking. I was terrified as the wind was so strong and the walls around us started to collapse, but the Lord drew me close and put me in the crook of his arm. Even though I could still hear the wind roaring I felt safe and secure.

After that picture, as I prayed I felt the Lord say that we are going into days ahead of great darkness. There is a storm coming – a financial storm.

I believe the Lord is warning us that there is going to be a shaking again of the financial institutions of the world.

They have been shaken before but this time there is to be a mighty shaking which will cause many of them to collapse.

Great fear and panic will seize people as they realise that their assets and funds have been exploited by these institutions.

I felt the Lord was also warning us to be watchful to see who will come to the aid of people when all seems lost.

Beware of those who are the vultures just intent on picking over the carcasses of what has happened.

Those who intend to prey on the vulnerable and exploit their misery even more.

At this time the Lord says that He will arise amongst His people to bring ships to the rescue of those who are suffering.

This is the time for those nations to come forward and do good. This will be their opportunity to feed and look after and help those in need.

These ships will arise out of countries who will come to the aid of those from whom they have received aid in the past.

Woe to those nations who choose to turn a blind eye at this time. For they will have to answer to the Lord.

The Lord says that these days will be dark but He will provide for His people.

Turn to Him and call on His name for He will miraculously provide what is needed. He will care for His children.

Let our light shine before men who will see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven.

The Lord will not let His faithful be put to shame. He will crown them with glory at this time.

This will be a time of great suffering and perseverance and endurance will be needed within the body of Christ. Let faith and hope arise.

Clothe ourselves with love and grace and put on mercy and tender kindness.

The King is coming. He is not slow in His coming as some would think but He will arrive at the appointed time with great glory and triumph over all His enemies.

Arise and keep your eyes fixed on Him for He is the author and finisher of our faith.

He will sustain us through these times ahead and will not let us stumble or fall. Call on Him and you will be saved. Amen 🙏

Gates -The Valley Gate

Nehemiah re-built The Valley Gate.       This is a difficult gate and one that we don’t much want to go through- the valley experiences.    We would all much prefer to stay on the mountain top and enjoy those experiences with God but life for most of us is not like that – even the Christian life – it has mountains and valleys. We will face difficult times and times of struggle. It is in such times that our faith is tested and stretched but often it is these experiences which can lead to growth and strength in our faith.

The valley gate can be a necessary path to what God is preparing in us and for us.   The valleys develop our faith and trust in God and we learn from these experience that God is loving, faithful to His promises and His Word and able to sustain us.    We also develop empathy and compassion for those in or who will also go through similar circumstances. We have testimonies to share.

Humility and the valley gate in my experience can sometimes go together hand in hand.   I have had to humble myself under God’s mighty hand before I realise that I can’t handle situations on my own or with my own wisdom and little understanding.    Once I submit and surrender to God and acknowledge my dependence on Him, then I have felt His peace and His presence even in the most difficult of situations.

Valley Gates are painful. Jesus went through a valley gate when He went from Mt Olives through the Kidron Gate into the Garden of Gethsemane and then to the Cross.   Jesus was in agony in the garden but He yielded to God’s will to be done.

Most of us will go or have been through valley experiences but the encouragement is that we are never alone at those times and we can get through them with God’s strength and support.   Jesus promised that He will never leave us or forsake us. He will lead us through the valley – even the valley of death. The words of Psalm 23 encourage us that God is with us and will not forsake us and will comfort us in time of sorrow, grief, difficulty and pain.

If you are in a valley situation right now – I pray that you will have the strength and faith to keep going, don’t give up. I encourage you to ask for God’s help and help from others. God will show you the way and lead you through to the other side.

Testimony Tuesday – Grandad’s story

My Granddad, David was a Christian and man of faith. I never met him as unfortunately, he died before I was born but I still have his little anointing bottle which has been passed on to me and which I still use today. It came from the Smith Wigglesworth ministries.

David had a stroke in 1943 and wrote out the testimony of his healing. I have it today written in his own hand. It always encourages me when I read it and it reminds me that Jesus is the same today, yesterday and forever and He still heals. I thought it would be encouraging to share David’s testimony with you today. The language is old fashioned but the meaning is the same. I hope you find it uplifting as I do.

“I was a strong healthy man all my days having experienced little trouble up to sixty years of age.   One morning on the 15th September 1943, I rose to go to my work as usual.  Arriving there, I fell very sick.  I tried to work on but the sickness made me give up and start for home.  I arrived home, my wife meeting me at the door.  I was telling her of my feeling when I fell into her arms and the power immediately left the whole of my left side.

After I was taken in bed my first thoughts were of Jesus and of His healing power and I remembered that verse in the 11th Chapter of Mark’s gospel.  “Therefore I say until you, whatever things you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them”. Instead of a sadness and depression following, a perfect peace and calm came to my heart, a peace that could only come from Jesus Christ my Lord and Saviour.

The next day the Doctor called and said I had taken a shock (Hemiplegia), paralysis of one side of the body and blood pressure.   I was to be kept very quiet as it would be a long time before I would be able to go around again.  In fact, I would not be able to work again.  Many friends were praying that God in His great mercy and loving kindness would lay His healing hand upon me.

On November 30th, having been 11 weeks in bed and still praying for God’s healing touch; I continually kept repeating to myself these words -” God help me. Thou has said Lord in thy precious word 11th Chapter of Mark. All things whatsoever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye received them and ye shall have them”.

On this day the Pastor of the Pentecostal Assembly, Hope Street, Leith, with his wife called to see me. He had been asked by a friend of mine to call. After a little talk on the deep things of Christ and if I believed that Christ could heal today as when He was upon earth, I said yes, he laid his hands on me and prayed earnestly for my deliverance, calling on me in the Name of the Lord to rise and walk. This I did for about 6 yards into the kitchen and sat down on a chair. I felt that the Lord had touched me, for from that moment, I began to mend, praising God with a joy unspeakable.

I sat on the chair for over an hour and a half. As I rose to go back to bed it seemed as if the evil one was determined to crush me down on the floor, as I felt so weak and helpless, but I called on God to deliver me and take me back to bed the way He took me out and this He did.

Ever since then, I have went on gaining strength every day, the power coming gradually back to me. I have had no special treatment any further than up in the morning at nine o’clock attempting to improve my walking.

A month later the Doctor called.  With astonishment he looked at me and said “you are up”.  “Yes”, I said, “this is the work of the Lord”.   “Well, I will tell you” said the Doctor “you are a marvel, really it is wonderful, your prayers have been heard and answered.  I was delighted to hear Doctor say that my prayers had been answered.  I do thank God for His wonderful touch to my body and enabling me to walk when the power was completely out of my leg, no life also in my arm and fingers.  To God be all the glory.

Dear friends, people of faith are not moved by anything they see or hear, not puffed up, they live in meekness and grow in grace.   The people of faith, said a great preacher, do not live in time, they are begun in eternity, they do not count on the things that are but rely on the things that are not.  Faith is a restful realisation of the gracious and almighty presence of an eternal God.  Divine power is laid hold of through believing prayers and by its means men are fundamentally changed, circumstances modified and miracles of grace wrought to the glory of God.   May we ever follow the spiritual way, for spiritual results can only be obtained by spiritual methods.

Yes friends, the life of faith here below is a life of trial from first to last and that is no more or less with every believer.  The promise had been given to Abraham that he would have a son, and it was many years before that promise was fulfilled, and yet it is said of him that against hope he believed in hope that he might become the father of many nations, and staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strong in faith giving glory to God.  Now this faith was afterwards crowned, the promise was fulfilled and Isaac was born.  He waited long, but he learned in a peculiar manner, the faithfulness of God to His promises.

Perhaps we may have to live some years to wait on the Lord, for some good which he intends to confer upon us. It does not matter how long we may have to wait, don’t grow weary in well doing, for you can rest assured that when it does come it was worth waiting for. God never lets you down, no matter how long you may be tried. If we could only remember that, at these burning moments of test and seek the face of Christ, we would hear Him say “Fear not, for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name, thou are mine.”

The severe trials which God sometimes sends are seldom of long duration, they are not only sent in wisdom and love but held in the same grip of love and wisdom. Life itself is short, and when on some emergency the Lord calls his child to suffer, we see with what tenderness the Lord comes to his relief. He never asks his child to stand more then he is able. Whatever portion of suffering may be allotted to us here, may we be enabled to say continually, not my will but thine be done O’ Lord, thus glorifying Him forever.” The end.

It inspires me that these words of testimony were written in 1943. Praise God for those who have travelled before us and encourage us to be strong in our faith and to glorify our Father in heaven.

JOSEPH – HERO OF THE FAITH

This week’s posts are about Joseph – biblical hero and so much more than just a multi coloured coat and a popular musical.

The story of Joseph has much to teach us today about God’s “bigger picture”. Persevering until the perfection of God’s plans come to pass.

You can read Joseph’s story in Genesis chapters 37-50.

A brief summary of the story for the week ahead:

Joseph was a son of Jacob, grandson of Isaac & great-grandson of Abraham.

As such, Joseph was one of the heirs to the covenant blessing promised to Abraham by God that Abraham would be the father of many nations, and a blessing to many.

Joseph was born to Jacob in his old age by his favourite wife, Rachel. God had mercy on Rachel when she couldn’t have children and Joseph was born. Rachel then went on to have Benjamin but died in childbirth which caused great pain to Jacob. This was probably one of the reasons for Joseph being a favourite of Jacobs – he reminded Jacob of Rachel- resulting in the gift of the famous multi-coloured coat by Jacob to Joseph.

There had been a lot of competition between Rachel and her sister Leah as to who could give Jacob children and be his favourite wife which resulted in Rachel giving Jacob her handmaid so she could have children for her – Leah then did the same – result 12 sons & 1 daughter were fathered by Jacob.

This unhealthy competition between the wives led inevitably to competition between the children and resulted in envy & jealousy. This led to Joseph’s early problems especially when he told his family about his two dreams that he was going to be the greatest over them all. Who did he think he was – you can see the potential for trouble brewing.

One day Jacob sent Joseph away on a journey to see how his brothers were doing. They saw him coming and hatched a plan to kill him but relenting of that, they put him in a pit and sold him to passing slave traders.

Joseph was taken to Egypt and sold as a slave to Potiphar. He did well but Potiphar’s wife tried to seduce him. Joseph resisted her but he was thrown into prison.

In prison Joseph proved trustworthy and was put in charge of the other prisoners. Two prisoners who were servants of Pharaoh, his butler and his baker, both had troublesome dreams on the same night. Joseph correctly interpreted their dreams which came to pass. The butler was reinstated to his position but the baker was killed.

Two years later, Pharaoh has a dream about cows and sheaves of wheat which no-one can interpret, not any of the magicians or learned men. The butler remembers Joseph and tells Pharaoh. Joseph is brought from prison and interprets the dream. He tells Pharoah there will be seven years of plenty and seven years of famine. He then tells Pharaoh what to do to prepare.

Pharaoh is so impressed that he makes Joseph his second in command. Joseph puts his plan into action. The famine is widespread and eventually his own brothers come to buy food in Egypt. They don’t recognise Joseph and after some trials that Joseph puts them through, they are eventually reconciled. Joseph is reunited with his Dad and they all settle in the land of Goshen in Egypt.

Joseph’s story is no accident. This week we can dig into the story a bit deeper.

Preparation and perseverance in the race – prize athletes

Morning all, today’s post is different to my recent posts with a return to sharing a word which the Lord has spoken to me recently. I am sharing what I believe the Lord spoke to my heart but as with any word please weigh and test it.

Last Saturday 17th July in a time of prayer, the Lord Jesus spoke to me again about preparation [for earlier posts on preparation please see Prepare, (Re-)Position, Let Go , Being prepared & persevere, Be ready for the “Suddenlies” and impressed upon me that His bride, the body of Christ has been in a season of preparation. The Holy Spirit has been speaking this word about preparation for some years. Those who have heard what the Spirit has been saying have responded, sought the Lord and started to prepare. However, many have not heard what the Spirit is saying or have heard but their hearts have not received the word.

I believe the Lord is encouraging those who have been preparing and also encouraging those who have not to act now. I heard the Spirit saying that this time of preparation is drawing to a close and a day of action/change is just around the corner. Believers need to be ready to respond in this new season – fit and prepared.

For some in this season there will be new difficulties to overcome, new obstacles put in our paths, new persecutions to be endured, new challenges but there will also be new opportunities to advance God’s Kingdom.

I wrote the following as I received it from the Lord- The day draws near – Purify your hearts and raise up holy hands for it is time to cry out to the Lord until He hears your prayers and answers. Those who bend the knee before My throne and not before man are the ones who will be heard before my Father in heaven. Seek Me in all things for I alone can guide and lead you in the times and days ahead. Great upheaval is coming even worse than the Covid that has ravaged nations. My body of believers must be prepared so that when they hear My trumpet call and when they hear My still small voice they can respond immediately.

I hear this challenge from the Lord – Is your heart prepared for Me. Is your Soul prepared for Me. Is your life laid down for Me.

Those who are not fully committed to Me, who are lukewarm – They will turn back. They will not finish the race to My heart’s grief. I want My children to run the race and complete the course but it requires discipline, commitment to Me and being prepared in Me to overcome and push through so that nothing will cause you to turn back or give up. The road is narrow ahead, the road is difficult but for those who persevere to the end they will receive the Crown of Life. They will understand what an honour they have gained in Me.

I have given all for you My children – I have it all for you. Come to Me all you who are heavy laden and I will give you rest for your souls. Take My yoke which is easy to bear because we bear it together. Always remember that you do not run this race alone. I run it with you and so do the rest of My believers. You are running for yourself but also with others running with you on the same course. Some ahead and some behind but all going in the same direction and with the same purpose in Me.

Blessed children – prepare yourselves as prize athletes – for the time has come to be ready for the next phase of the race.

Dear friends – whatever stage of the race you are on or whatever lies ahead, I pray that you will be prepared and will overcome. That you will endure to the end and will claim the prize in Christ Jesus your Lord and Saviour. May the grace of God and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you to keep you in the times ahead. May all you do for His Kingdom prosper and may God use you for His Kingdom in ways that exceed your greatest plans, dreams and visions. Let the double doors be opened and may you go through – enter into all that the Son has for you and may you be filled with the Holy Spirit and the power of the Holy Spirit to flow through you. To God be the glory and honour forever and ever Amen.

Time of Separation

“This is how it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come and separate the wicked from the righteous and throw them into the blazing furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth Matthew 13:49-50

Separation – this is the word that I heard from the Lord recently- the day of Separation. He spoke to me about His gathering angels. The angels who are sent from heaven to do His work. They know who is of God’s Kingdom and those who are not. God’s people are clearly marked. The ones who belong to Jesus and are His, who are reserved for Him are clearly recognisable. They bear the mark of Christ.

I was reminded of this scripture from Matthew 13 and the parables which Jesus taught about the day when those who are good and those who are bad will be separated. The separation of the wheat from the chaff at the time of harvest which Jesus talks about in the following parable.

The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. 25 But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. 26 When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared. 27 “The owner’s servants came to him and said, ‘Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?’

28 “‘An enemy did this,’ he replied. “The servants asked him, ‘Do you want us to go and pull them up?’ 29 “‘No,’ he answered, ‘because while you are pulling the weeds, you may uproot the wheat with them. 30 Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.’”

Jesus went on to explain the parable so that we can understand:

“The one who sowed the good seed is the Son of Man (Jesus). 38 The field is the world, and the good seed stands for the people of the kingdom. The weeds are the people of the evil one, 39 and the enemy who sows them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the age, and the harvesters are angels. (The gathering angels)

40 “As the weeds are pulled up and burned in the fire, so it will be at the end of the age. 41 The Son of Man will send out his angels, and they will weed out of his kingdom everything that causes sin and all who do evil. 42 They will throw them into the blazing furnace, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. 43 Then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Whoever has ears, let them hear.
Matthew 13:24-30,37-43

The Lord is reminding us through His Grace and Mercy that this day of separation will come. It will take place. There can be no “mixing” or “hybrid” in the Kingdom of God. It will be a clear separation. There is no middle ground. The wheat are those who belong to God’s Kingdom. His children will be separated from the children of the devil (the weeds). The father of lies who deceives the whole world.

There is a time of separation coming and the Lord is preparing His people. The Lord is reserving His people and will reserve them unto Himself for the days ahead, when the Anti-Christ and the Beast start to make their move, when they start to rise up and do what it is that they are purposed to do. The Lord knows that day and the season as all is planned in His time.

The Lord is also encouraging us to be patient and steadfast in Him. To patiently endure the times ahead. Let us not act hastily and make quick decision but wait patiently on God for His perfect will. I am reminded that it is the fool who rushes in. Those who are foolish will still refuse to believe the truth but those whose faith and trust is in God, they shall not be moved. Let us encourage each other to run the race of faith and not to turn back but to keep pressing in. We want to be people who are clearly recognisable as those who are of God’s kingdom, marked by Him (not with the false mark of the beast) and gathered in the day of separation. For the day of separation will surely come like a thief in the night.

I ask our Heavenly Father that there will be many who will respond to the gospel message in these days ahead before that day of separation comes. That their hearts will be softened and they will become a child of God. A true living child of the King released into all that He has for them.

God will not let His people down. God is speaking to His children in this hour and encouraging us to “Keep the faith”. Let us be those who pursue peace with all men and do not forget that love covers a multitude of sins.

Blessings to you this day in Jesus’ name.

Counting our blessings

I woke up this morning with these words in my thoughts:

Bless the Lord, O my soul; And all that is within me, bless His holy name!

Bless the Lord, O my soul, And forget not all His benefits:

Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases, Who redeems your life from destruction, Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies, Who satisfies your mouth with good things,

So that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

Psalm 103:1-5

The Lord was reminding me, before I start my day, that I am indeed blessed in Him and to remember all that He has done for me.

We have the unmerited favour and blessing of God because of Jesus.

God is faithful. He is a good, good God and Our Father in Heaven who cares for each one of us.

The Lord knows what today will bring for each one of us. I think this is necessary preparation for my day ahead and I hope it will help you too especially when many of us are going through very difficult times.

There is an old hymn that says:

“When upon life’s billows you are tempest tossed,
When you are discouraged, thinking all is lost,
Count your many blessings name them one by one,
And it will surprise you what the Lord hath done.

Count your blessings, name them one by one;
Count your blessings, see what God hath done;
Count your blessings, name them one by one,
And it will surprise you what the Lord hath done.

Are you ever burdened with a load of care?
Does the cross seem heavy you are called to bear?
Count your many blessings, every doubt will fly,
And you will be singing as the days go by.

When you look at others with their lands and gold,
Think that Christ has promised you His wealth untold.
Count your many blessings, money cannot buy
Your reward in heaven, nor your Lord on high.

So amid the conflict, whether great or small,
Do not be discouraged, God is over all;
Count your many blessings, angels will attend,
Help and comfort give you to your journey’s end.

Be blessed today in His mighty name. Amen 🙏

Mountains..

I was having a look back in my journal today and noticed that earlier this year I had made a few scribbled notes about mountains. As I read my notes again, I realised that this year I have certainly and I’m sure I’m not alone in this, encountered some “mountains” in my life. Mountains I didn’t even know existed especially pre COVID 19!

I’ve realised that sometimes these mountains just have to be conquered. It would be much easier to ignore them and pretend they don’t exist, to try and find another easier way around them (my preference usually if I’m honest) but if we are to make progress in life then I have learnt that they have to be tackled.

These mountains, and they certainly come in all different shapes and sizes and may be different for each of us, have to be climbed and overcome. These are the experiences that God uses to teach us. We persevere and as we do so we encounter the love and faithfulness of God who walks with us each step of the way. He strengthens us and equips us.

The satisfaction we get when we eventually stand on the top, that sense of achievement knowing that we can do it ….when we see life from a different perspective is awesome. We see things we couldn’t see on the way up…hidden things become revealed. We get new perspective.

It can be done. Nothing is impossible with God

Some mountains of opposition are intended to be crushed under our feet. Strongholds that need to be brought down and demolished through the authority of Christ Jesus and the Word of God. We crucify our flesh and walk in the Spirit. We take captive thoughts and imaginations and submit them to Christ.

“ Who are you , oh great mountain, before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain “. Ezekiel 4:7

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for the pulling down of strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ”. 2 Cor 10:4

Strongholds can be demolished

Some mountains are to be moved in faith…Jesus said to them. “If you have faith as a mustard seed you will say to this mountain, “Move from here to there” and it will move, and nothing will be impossible” Some mountains in our lives which are blocking us need to be be moved out of the way by faith. Mountains of insecurity, doubt, anxiety, inferiority…choosing instead to believe what the bible says and not what I think or what others say about me.

Other mountains we can leap on and over like a deer as the Lord fills us with His joy. It is amazing that we can experience the joy of the Lord despite the realities of our current difficulties and circumstances. We don’t deny those difficulties but we can rise above them as we praise Him and as we dance with the knowledge of the joy of our salvation. We can jump with joy on the mountains.

“The Lord God is my strength; He will make my feet like deers feet ..and He will make me walk on the high hills”. Habakkuk 3:19.

James 1:2. “My brethren count it all joy when you fall into various trials knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience but let patience have its perfect work that you may be perfect and complete lacking nothing.”

God is there on the mountains. God met Moses on the mountain. He meets us in our circumstances too. God came down but Moses also had to choose to go up. It was a fearful sight to behold and the mountain trembled, there was smoke and fire. It required boldness and faith to approach the mountain of God.

“Now Mount Sinai was completely in smoke, because the Lord descended upon it in fire…..Then the Lord came down upon Mount Sinai, on the top of the mountain. And the Lord called Moses to the top of the mountain, and Moses went up.”

Moses did not let fear hold him back. He overcame any fear of approaching the mountain of God’s presence. Do not let fear hold you back either. The Lord says do not fear because the truth is as the bible says that we have not come to the mountain that cannot be touched. In Christ we can have confidence that we can boldly approach God’s throne of grace for help in times of need. Jesus has made the way and prepared the way for us.

There is good news we can still receive in every mountain of our life. For every difficult situation we have the word of God to comfort us, guide us, encourage us, lift us and remind us of the hope we have in Jesus our Saviour.

“How beautiful on the mountains are the feet of Him who bring good news, who proclaims peace, who brings glad tidings, who proclaims salvation,”. Isaiah 52:7

What is the mountain you are facing today? Be encouraged it will not defeat you.

“Behold, I will make you into a new threshing sledge with sharp teeth. You shall thresh the mountains and beat them small and make hills like chaff. You shall winnow them, the wind shall carry them away and the whirlwind shall scatter them, you shall rejoice in the Lord and glory in the Holy One of Israel”

Blessings to you in Jesus.

Fix your eyes on Jesus in this season – Endurance, Sacrifice, Humility

Today whilst praying, the Lord spoke this word to me for this season:   I heard the Lord say in my spirit:

I have sent forth a proclamation from My throne.   The angels take My proclamation throughout the earth.   They act on My command.  The trumpet is to their lips as they blow My Royal Standard over the nations.   They announce My will – This is My word which goes forth:

Arise & see the beauty of your King.  Arise & fix your gaze on Him.  Fix your eyes upon the Saviour of the world at this time.  For He has the words of everlasting life.  He is the bread of Life.

Everything you need is found in Him.  Do not take your gaze from Him in these days ahead.  Fix your eyes upon Jesus for He is the lover of your soul.   All of you who have sworn allegiance to My Son, have made Him King of your life – Submit yourself in obedience to Him.

Look at Him as an example of endurance; Look at Him as an example of sacrifice; Look at Him as an example of humility.   Be like Him.  In this day you need to be clothed with humility.  Do not puff yourselves up with pride & arrogance that you think you know best.  Submit yourselves to My Holy Word and be obedient to those in authority over you.

For I have raised up My people for such a day as this.  Be people of grace, mercy & Love.  Be an example of My Son.  Let Him live through each one of you.  This is your opportunity to shine as stars for the Kingdom.   This is your opportunity to show My goodness for I am a good, good, God.   I have mercy & I have love in abundance but the judgment day is set and woe to those who have despised the work of My Hand & have puffed themselves up arrogantly against the knowledge of the Most High God for they will be brought down & brought to shame.  For they are as dust & to dust they will return.

I, the Lord have spoken and say – Do not despise the day of the Lord or mock and scorn with the scoffers for there will be a place reserved for you in the fiery pit if you do so.  Take up the Cross and follow My son & leave your flesh behind & live for Him.  Follow Him for He has the words of eternal life.

Amen.
