Looking in the wrong place..

“When Ephraim saw his sickness,And Judah saw his wound, then Ephraim went to Assyria and sent to King Jareb; Yet he cannot cure you, nor heal you of your wound.” Hosea 5:13 NKJV

Father God, thank you for Jesus who is the way, the truth and the life. He is the bread of life and the living water, the only One who can truly satisfy the hunger of our hearts. He is our redeemer, our saviour, our healer, our deliverer. He is our joy, our peace, our comforter.

We pray for those on our hearts today who have not yet met the One who can fulfill and meet all their needs, bringing healing and wholeness to their hearts to find true peace in Jesus. Lead and guide those who are searching in the wrong places for the answers to the truth, may they hear your voice today calling them to turn around away from those wrong places, those wrong choices to find you. Lead them home Lord we ask. Amen 🙏
