Awake..Awake!

In the Easter season of 2020, the Lord spoke a series of words to my heart over the course of several days.

I feel led to post them again in the order I received them in prayer. This was the first.

In my spirit I heard God say Awake, Awake all those in Zion.   Hear the trumpet call.

For the Lord has sounded the clarion.  He has called for His angels to go forth and blow the trumpets.   The sound is going out through all the nations. 

Awake, Awake to the sound of heaven.   Awake, Awake to the sound of God’s voice. 

The voice of many waters – He thunders across the nations.   He sets the times and the seasons. 

He sets the boundaries – He says – Enough – you can come no further. 

He says – Let My people go. 

He says – The Cross has happened. 

The Resurrection has happened. 

The power of the Holy Spirit has happened. 

You can resist it no more says the Lord. 

A rebellious people will now be undone.  Those who will not repent and turn from their wicked ways will see God’s hand come against them in this season. 

For God is stirring up His people. 

God is fanning into flames the passion in their hearts for righteousness, truth and goodness and those who know their God will do great and mighty things.  

Arise, Arise you servants of the Cross of Christ for your time has come. 

Salvation is yours and the battle belongs to the Lord.  

Awake, Awake and clothe yourselves with righteousness. 

Wear love, mercy, grace and truth as your buckler and do not conform to the things of this world but set your minds on heavenly things and things above and not below.  

Open your eyes to see the things that God has for those who love Him.   Those who will trust Him in the days ahead, who will trust in His unfailing love and His goodness.  

Those who will trust in His provision. 

For the days are getting darker and the oppression of the enemy will seek to distract you from your purpose in Him but God says -Awake, Awake and do not be deceived.  

Do not slumber but be watchful for the time is coming to watch, pray and stand firm upon His word. 

Do not give up but patiently endure all things. 

Do not waiver but commit yourself to Him.  He will not fail you but will deliver you and bring you through. 

God’s timing is perfect. 

He knows the end from the beginning in all things. Amen 🙏
