It was an encouragement to wait patiently for God’s perfect timing and not to try and make something happen in our own strength.
A reminder that God will bring about His perfect Will in His timing and to wait patiently for the Lord.
In times of suffering, disappointment and hurt to wait patiently in faith and hope for God for He will not disappoint. He will deliver.
The wisdom not to try and bring about the promise of God through our own efforts. To wait patiently for my Isaac and not to birth my own Ishmael.
“I waited patiently for the Lord; And He inclined to me, And heard my cry” Psalm 40.1 NKJV
