No doubt..prayer for the week ahead 25/3/24

“But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind” James 1.6 NASB

Father God, There is no doubt that you alone are Sovereign God, the Father of us, your children who have been adopted into your family through faith in your son, Jesus Christ who through his death and resurrection has cleansed, redeemed and purified us from sin and brought us into your Kingdom so that we are reconciled to you. Help us this week Lord to live out our faith without any doubts in our heart that you are a loving, merciful and faithful God who is truly good and hears and answers us when we call out to you. Help us to be rooted and solid in our faith in our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ so that we will not be swayed or veered off course by doubts. When doubts come, as we know they will, to attack our minds please bring your Holy Word to our remembrance so that we meditate and strengthen our minds on your truth and not the winds of doubt or waves of fear and imaginations. We ask and receive in faith Godly wisdom for each day ahead this week. Amen 🙏
