Hands Lifted up

Hands lifted up in praise and worship of King Jesus.

Last week, during a time of praise and worship the Lord showed me a different perspective of hands lifted up.

He showed me a young child lifting their hands up to their parent – no words needed, just their hands up being enough to signal – pick me up – the parent stooped down and picked them up, lifted them high in love and joy.

God stoops down in His love and picks us up as we are His children through faith in Jesus Christ, His son. We are lifted high into heavenly places in Christ Jesus.

You are not ignored, abandoned or unloved. The Lord sees you. His eye is on you and He does not ignore the cries of your heart. He bends down in love and whispers, I love you.
